Bruce Korosa will perform for residents and the public at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 2, at The Timbers of Shorewood retirement community, 1100 N. River Rd, Shorewood, IL. The public is warmly welcome to this free event.
Korosa has been in the entertainment field for 46 years providing great polka music for audiences not only in the Midwest but the entire country. He performs at church dances, retirement centers, nursing and rehabilitation centers, senior citizen centers, festivals and monthly dances.
For more than 26 years, Korosa and his wife Kathy have had a polka radio show broadcasting every Sunday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. on WJOL 1340.
“Coming into our audiences’ homes on Sunday morning is great fun,” Korosa said. “Some of our listeners have been with us from day one and have become part of our polka family. They are a great group of people, and it is my pleasure to bring joy and happiness into lives through music.”
