Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the Gilhoolys

musical noteDublin born recording artist Kathleen Gilhooly will perform Irish songs at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, March 20 at The Timbers of Shorewood, 1100 N. River Rd., Shorewood. Drummer and comedian Pat Gilhooly will perform with her. The public is invited to celebrate “Mardi Gras” with the married Irish duo at this free event.

Kathleen immigrated to the United States with her family in 1959, when she began following in family tradition pursuing a career in singing, music and Irish dancing. She now has three albums to her credit, and she performs all over the United States, England and Ireland.

The Timbers of Shorewood is a rental retirement community which provides independent and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay – a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
