Albert Banushi of Humana will present a program titled “Staying Social: How to do it Right” at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 3 at the Timbers of Shorewood retirement community, 1100 N. River Road. The program is free and open to the public.
A second program in July is titled “Habits of Healthy People.” It will be presented by an expert from Senior Services of Will County at noon, Friday, July 20, at the Timbers.
The Timbers of Shorewood is a rental retirement community that provides independent and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services. Residents whose needs may change are able to stay in the same place and receive appropriate and compassionate care. Furnished apartments are also available for short-term stays.
