Voted Best Senior Living Community in Will County

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I know what kind of care or assistance my loved one will need?
A:  With the help of your loved one’s physician, family and professional staff at the Timbers of Shorewood retirement community, a needs assessment can be completed to identify what activities of daily life require support to maintain the loved one’s well being. Often people have special needs that change over time, and providing personalized care to meet needs while honoring a person’s dignity may best be fulfilled by examining the many options available in independent living or assisted living. Our professional staff members are available for guidance.

Q: Does your staff have experience working with seniors and their families?
A:  Absolutely. Senior living is our only business, and every member of the Timbers’ team is a professional in his or her field. Learn more about our outstanding management team on our Meet the Staff page.
